I give this salon 5 stars because of Lisa Menendez, who had been cutting my hair for the last 10 years. I've followed her wherever she's gone, whether it's been Belmont or Waltham or even cutting me and my wife's hair at our house when she wasn't at a salon. Lisa is THE BEST and I am thankful for her great work, competitive pricing and absolute friendship. She's a great person and a greater asset to whatever salon she's ever worked at. Thank you Lisa!

If you want the best cut and color ever go see Lisa! I've followed her from salon to salon for 11 years. She is a color and cut queen. I'm never disappointed. I've sat in her chair and just said to cut it whatever way she wants. And she does an amazing job. The salon itself is nice, but if you can get in to see Lisa, she is the best! She will cut long, it's easier to shorten the hair than put it all back once it's cut. She really knows her stuff and I trust her implicitly. My whole family goes to Lisa.

I've followed Lisa all over the place: Belmont, Watertown, even out to Concord, very tempted to travel to Colorado. Yet,... I am elated that she's back, with a beautiful salon an equally beautiful heart. Lisa's colored my hair..well, for ages. She even styled my hair at the hotel where I got married. Thanks Lisa!

When I moved to Boston 12 years ago I found Lisa in Watertown... She "rescued" me from a botched job by another stylist,... and ever since that moment Lisa has been AMAZING!! I bopped around to Belmont when she moved and then was sad to see her move out of state... So, when she returned and ended up in Waltham I was excited as I live in the same town. Lisa knew what color to do with me based on all the color cards she'd saved from my early days as a client!! She is not only an incredible stylist, but she is an extremely friendly, compassionate and enjoyable person. Time flies when you're in her chair :) And, if something is not right she aims to please and won't let you walk out the door without being happy!
